Chicken Pox Scare
Sunday night Caleb woke up with red spots all over his stomach and armpit. We thought it was some sort of bug in the covers but turns out another guy in the office who drove with Caleb last week, has the chicken pox. Who gets chicken pox at this age? Anyway, we then were sure that they were chicken pox (and I started freaking out about Cooper) so he went to the doctor only to discover that they were jus Chiggers. For those of you who don't know what those are (I didn't) they are microscopic bugs found in the woods (or in parks as in Caleb's case) who try to burrow into your skin, leaving the red bumps. They are extremely itchy but he is not contagious and can still hold his little boy. We are extremely happy for that!
Here are his spots...they were so bad!
Look closely, Cooper was so content with Daddy, that he fell asleep.
I want to be like Uncle Broc
Oregon Family Reunion
For those of you who could not attend the Burton Family Reunion, here are some pictures. Misty, Kathleen, Mom, I know that I was not the only one taking pictures (hint, hint)
Our award winning sand sculpture.
Mentos & diet Coke...hours of fun!
Just try and keep it in there!
I'm still at a loss for why it didn't work for Adria!
After Bret buried the kids, they decided to bury him.
Fun, fun!
Our practice sand sculpture.
On the hike (notice the amazing amount of Gundersen grandchildren as opposed to the 1 Burton grandchild)

Just take a look at the video and see what Ethan has been up to. Realize this was the 5th time and he was getting tired.
