I took some pictures of Liam while I was visiting Utah and thought I'd give a little sneak peak for those who are interested. (Mindy, I'm sending these plus a few more on a CD to you in case you want to print any out. It would take way too long to try and send them via email.)

Take me out to the Ball Game!

There's something about sitting on the grass on a warm Saturday night watching a baseball game while eating hot dogs and nachos that just shouts American pastime. I personally couldn't tell you who won that game but I can tell you that we had a blast taking pictures, talking with friends, and just chillaxin the night away. The night was even made a bit more exciting by the major storm that hit right at the bottom of the 9th. Now I'm not talking a sprinkle, I'm talking immediate puddles forming, clothes soaked after 20 seconds, run for cover because you're gonna get struck by lightning kind of storm. It was NUTS! Good thing we had the stroller and our outdoor, waterproof blanket to keep the kids dry but we were dripping wet by the time we got to the car. What an experience!

ZOO

I love going to the zoo, I always have. But now there is an added pleasure; Coop. He is at that age where he is so interested and fascinated by everything. Along with some wives in the office, we hit up the Indy Zoo and had a blast.

Coop got his face painted with a dolphin and absolutely loved it. I told him to sit real still while the guy painted it on and boy did he sit still. The kid didn't move an inch the whole time. After, he kept pointing at his face and saying "Dolphin, see!" Next time we go, we're doing the full face lion!

One of the things I loved about this zoo was how hands on you could be. Coop got to pet a shark, an elephant, and feed a giraffe. What a cool experience for a kid. Heck, what a cool experience for me!

This was his face pretty much the whole time. He kept saying, "Look at this! Look at this!"

The only downfall of the day was not having Daddy there with us.

Coop really loves a show called Imagination Movers on Disney Channel and this morning, he was really in the dancing mood.

Just take a good look at this boy's thighs! I just can't get enough of them. I think they are the cutest things ever. (Although, getting shorts on is a bit of a challenge :-)

I can't believe this is the first time I've let him lick the beaters. Needless to say he loved it!

The Indy 500 Parade

What an awesome parade!! It totally made me want to go to more. They had flying floats and bands and dancers and celebrities (top left, Meredith form the office). Coop didn't take his eyes off it once. We both loved it! Thankfully we had prime seating on a nice grassy, shaded part (which is where Carter slept) or else it would have been a bit miserable with the heat.

Library Time

This is Library Time. We go every Thursday as a family into a little room at the library where Miss Gerri reads some books, sings some songs, and helps with a simple craft. Coop LOVES it. He gets so into the books and songs that he'll end up wandering up there without even realizing it. He's such an observant little boy. While the other 2 year-olds are running around reeking havoc, he can't seem to take his eyes off the teacher. It's so fun to watch him enjoy something so much.

He loved making the crafts. He was always SO proud of them.

This month's session of library time is over, but needless to say, we will be attending every month from now on :-)

Graham Jason is THREE!

This is the birthday cake that inspired Graham to potty train. He talked about his cake at least 20 times a day for the entire month of May (and some of April too, it almost drove me nuts). Anyway, any time he brought up how yummy his cake would be and how it was going to have chocolate and strawberries on it I brought up the fact that he was going to be potty trained before we made his cake. My plan worked! He was potty trained before his third birthday.

I've really been enjoying taking pictures lately so I thought I'd share a few.

The Jazz Kitchen

What a way to start off our Indianapolis experience! Our friend Cadee came and stayed with our sleeping boys while we went with our good friends Kate & Jeremy and Brooke & Chase to a The Jazz Kitchen. It actually was latin night at the Jazz club so even though I am the farthest thing from a good dancer, we had a good time swinging our hips to the latin beat! I have never been to a club before so it really was an experience to remember. (And I have to admit that I was pretty excited when I walked in and they checked our ID's :-)

3 Months Already?!

I guess we got lucky twice because Carter has been just as chill a baby as Cooper was. We couldn't have gotten a better baby. He sleeps from 11-7 every night and is obviously eating well. We love the little guy to pieces!
