Pirates and Parrot

We had so much fun this halloween! We went to a hotair balloon festivel, trunk-or-treating, and Broc's school! This little man was worn out by the end of the day, and so was mom!

What an "Incredible" Halloween

I have to say that our costumes this year were the best we've come up with so far. It's one thing when 1 person dresses up as an Incredible, but when there are 4 of you, it makes quite the statement. Top it off with some very cute little incredi-boys and you have one very popular costume. We had a blast with it!

This picture makes me smile. They both think the other one looks funny, ha!

We started the Halloween festivities on Friday with Omniture trick-or-treating of course. It has become a fun tradition for us to go see Bret & Josh's completely decked out office buildings. Congrats to Josh's department who won the $5000 prize for best decorations this year. Their theme was Star Trek and it was pretty amazing. (sorry no pics)

The Incredible Family

One of the department themes at Omniture was "movies" so obviously, I had to get my picture with Edward. Don't be jealous Bella!

Trying to get a picture with all the kids. When there is that many, there's no worrying about smiles or perfect poses, you just try and get them all in there.

On Saturday, we had another busy day starting with an Ultimate Frisbee game (played in our costumes naturally), followed by Emma's birthday party. We went bowling and did the birthday festivities (Mindy will fill you in with the rest of the pictures).

And after bowling we hit up Mindy & Josh's ward trunk-or-treat since we missed our own ward party. I tell ya, that's the way to go. It's the quickest way to score on candy.

Pumpkin Time

Coop had a good time carving out his pumpkins. He enjoyed pulling out the guts and was happy to have a big Y put on his & Daddy's pumpkin.

The finished pumpkins. I decided on a simple Charlie Brown face this year although those little holes and thin lines were not as simple as I thought.

Grandma was so happy to see us, she willed everything to us because we went to see her today.

Hogle Zoo

We have visited several zoos around the country throughout our summer travels but in all my 7 years of living in Utah, this was our first time hitting up the Hogle Zoo. And although we've seen every single one of these animals before, it still amazes me to see them up close and personal again.

Not only was there an adorable new baby elephant but there was also a baby giraffe and 3 new baby tigers. So cute!

And may I add how fun it is to be home in Utah again being able to do all these things with Mindy and kids. It just makes everything doubly fun! (Now if we could only get Misty to move down here...)

Pumpkin Land

I just love the end of the year; how each month culminates with its own exciting holiday. It gives us a myriad of new things to experience and it seems to send the year out with a bang.

This October we headed out to Pumpkin Land which housed a corn maze, bounce house, and of course a pumpkin patch. I got some great pictures of Mindy and her kids but when it came turn for my kids, I think they were all smiled out. Oh well, there’s always Thanksgiving!

And this picture will go in my book of all time favorite pictures of these two. What a pair!

I've been meaning to post and say thank you for the awesome BBQ. Also thank you for picking me up from the airport Kathleen! I really enjoy being around you guys. You make everything a little more fun. Beckham had a great time eating barbecued ribs for the first time! Thanks again!

Oh and just today Broc and I got callings in our new ward. Broc is in the activities planning group and I am the Mia Maid advisor. :) We are really excited.

Why I love being a mom...

Liam is now three months old and getting cuter by the day. My favorite thing is his adorable, endearing smile. No matter how my day is going, he can turn it around in a second or just make it that much better with his great smile. He talks a ton and is rolling over...can you believe it? So, why do I love being a mom...doesn't this picture say it all?:)
